Wise Movement Sessions
What is Hiram’s Approach?
Hiram works with the body as the entry point for change.
Drawing on his background in human physiology, biomechanics, functional neurology, and years of hands-on experience with bodywork and energetic practices, his sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
At times, this may look like working directly with posture, movement, and joint alignment.
At others, it may involve slower, table-based work that allows the nervous system to settle and deeper patterns to surface and shift.
Underlying all of this is a simple belief:
The way you move, feel, and experience life is reflected in your body.
Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, Hiram’s approach is to help reconnect and reintegrate the different parts of you — so that change is not just temporary, but embodied.
What to Expect in a Session
Sessions are tailored to the individual and may include:
Hands-on bodywork (including craniosacral-based techniques)
Gentle movement and postural guidance
Nervous system regulation
Guided awareness and exploration
Practical tools to integrate changes into daily life
You’ll be met with a grounded, supportive space — where both structure and intuition are used to guide the session.
The intention is not just to “fix” a problem, but to help you feel more at ease, more connected, and more aligned in your body.
Meet Hiram
Hiram, the founder of a Wise Movement, started on his journey driven by curiosity and intuition. With degrees in movement, rehabilitation, and biomechanics, he later transitioned to functional neurology, focusing on pain management and performance enhancement. An injury led him to bodywork, prompting a profound transformation. Following multiple mentorships, Hiram began interlacing elements of the body, brain and energy to work with individuals and groups chasing their next phase of growth.
